Hey there,

Let me tell you something Turkey (Cappadocia and Istanbul) taught me fast… you need to pack smarter than you think.

Here are the things I learned, the easy way and the dusty way 😂👇

1️⃣ Layers are your best friend

Cappadocia weather is absolute chaos.
You’ll go from shivering at sunrise to sweating by mid-morning.

A simple light jacket honestly saved me especially when we were waiting on the terrace of our cave hotel with balloon views.

2️⃣ Don’t wear white on an ATV ride 😭

Learn from my mistake.
The sunset ATV tour was one of my favourite experiences… but my clothes did not survive the dust storm of a lifetime.

Do it, but trust me, wear dark colours.

👉 Here’s the exact ATV sunset tour I booked.

3️⃣ Hagia Sophia dress code is strict

If Istanbul is on your itinerary too, pack respectfully.
Shoulders + knees need to be covered, and for women, a scarf is essential.

It’ll save you the stress of lining up for a rental covering when you’re already dealing with crowds.

👉 Grab skip-the-line Hagia Sophia tickets here. It makes a huge difference.

4️⃣ A portable charger is essential

Between navigating the valleys, sunrise photos, and long days around the Medina… your phone will not make it to dinner.

This is honestly one of my favourite travel items, and I never travel without it now.

Talk soon,
Jasmin
