Sooo...

My first night in Marrakech was chaotic magic.

I arrived just before sunset, and by the time I reached the Medina, I was already a little overwhelmed.

Motorbikes weaving through narrow alleys, the call to prayer echoing, street cats darting between stalls and that was just the start.

I could so easily have been lost for hours.

Luckily, before I arrived, someone gave me the best advice ever:
👉 Ask your riad to organise your airport transfer.

It sounds simple, but trust me it makes all the difference.

Your driver will meet you right outside arrivals, call the riad when you’re close, and someone will usually come meet you at the edge of the Medina to walk you in (since cars can’t get through most streets).

It turned what could’ve been a stressful night into the warmest welcome.

And once you’ve settled in, the Agafay Desert Sunset Dinner Tour is the perfect way to unwind after the chaos. Think camels, dinner under the stars, and zero street noise.

Talk soon,
Jasmin
